When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after order is placed. The email will contain shipment details, tracking number and a link to the USPS site to track the. Please allow 5 - 7 business days (US) for your order to arrive after your tracking order email. Please be sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Be sure to include an apartment, suite and house number as we may not be able to change your address once your order is processed.
Shipping Method:
Orders are only shipped via USPS with delivery confirmations. BE365 is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to local carries in your city or air and ground strikes/delays nor any extra fees.
Processed order time frame:
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, after normal business days or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 3 days after received. Delays may occur depending on the volumes. Your confirmation email will state the actual processing time.
Undelivered packages:
Please check your order status and use your tracking number in the email. If it states your package has been undelivered, contact us via email. If we receive your returned package we will contact you via email you provide to request an updated shipping address. A small return shipping fee will be added to your invoice to cover returned shipping cost. This fee will need to be paid prior to reshipping. We do not refund shipping fees or returned items.
